What is "Utility Engineering?"
Well, I'm glad you asked...
Bronsoneering both strives for and prides itself in its investments into "Utility Engineering" (AKA engineering with a concerted, concentrated near-term goal or usage in mind).
If it never gets used, was it even worth it?
While knowledge and experience may be gained by such "fruitless efforts", we here at Bronsoneering firmly position ourselves in the "No" category when answering this question.
Bronsoneers will typically act (and tend to work best) in short bursts or "sprints" that are highly focused on their current effort; and will also typically highly rely on their creativity, in-situ learning capabilities, and decisiveness of action.
Here at Bronsoneering we love to have fun and express our creativity in our engineering, but we also solidly maintain the belief that in order to have any impact on the current world our efforts need to not be in vain; or, in other words, we want our stuff to actually get used and have a meaningful impact on users, whether that be by providing some needed rest & relaxation via game-type and hobby-type applications or potentially providing a utility (AKA "tool") for the end-user that is typically very precisely targeted at solving a near-term problem or solving a current customer's challenge.
